Great product, amazing customer service
I love these shelves. I got them in black and they look exactly as pictured and arrived quickly and undamaged. I think they look high quality and the metal components feel substantial. I decided to go with the no-drill route and so far the adhesive seems to be very strong and there have been no issues with sagging or shifting. I foolishly lost a key component for set-up so reached out to the seller to see what my options were. Even though the issue was entirely my fault they went above and beyond to help me out. I would rate both the product and seller 10 stars if I could.

easy installation even on un-square walls

Poor quality
Love the look! I bought 2 boxes for 4 shelves, was so excited but was left disappointed. I was only able to put up 2 shelves due to poor quality. Most Allen wrench screws came stripped and those that weren’t, stripped very easy. After hours of fighting to secure the shelves, I fought to get the brackets to stay. The holes didn’t align and they kept popping out. I ended up gluing them. They look great but I’ll be changing them out.

Pretty Shower Shelves
it is very sturdy in the shower however the bracket black part does not really fit into the hole, but other than that it is a 10/10. very pretty and feels super sturdy.

Nice looking, but issues with pieces not proper size
They are well designed (aesthetically), and a nice addition to a shower. But, the holes for the black accent gaurd rails are not drilled to proper proportions for them to fit. It was like trying to put a square block in a circle hole. (Yes we ensured the tension screws were not blocking the path of insertion). The tension screws that were holding the platform to the mounting brackets were stripped and could not be removed. (Not sure if that was by design). But it sure would have been nice to remove the platform from the bracket. We are Well pleased with the strength and durability of the product, Just some minor inconveniences.

Returned
The product was not the quality I wanted in my recently renovated bathroom, and with tiled walls, I wanted no-drill shelves. Seemed cheap, so I returned.
