HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 – Wireless Gaming Mouse- Ultra Lightweight, 61g, 100 Hour Battery Life, Dual Wireless Connectivity, Precision Sensor - Black

My favorite wireless mouse so far. I am looking for a wireless mouse that I can use for both work (Mac) and play (Windows). I use Logitech M720 previously for work. It is a very good mouse but sometimes I do feel it is on the heavier side. I do have a Logitech 502 wired mouse which is very precise but too heavy. Several other gaming mouses I have are all wired ones which can be inconvenient sometimes. Recently I decided to get a wireless gaming mouse which is easy to switch from Mac to Windows. I have tried Razor Orochi V2, which is small to my liking and my wrist hurts after several hours’ use. I have also considered Razor Viper Pro, Logitech GPW, etc. But those are expensive and I am not a serious gamer. Thus after some research, I decided to try this one. HyperX Haste2 feels very good in hand. It is very light but at the same time, you can feel the control and precision especially with the grip tape. On Mac, I do feel that 2.4G connection is better than Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth on Mac has some lags/latencies which is not desirable. Somehow the Bluetooth is better on my Windows laptop but I still prefer 2.4G connection on Windows. The battery is surprisingly good at the moment but needs to look at battery performance again later in several months. Personally I like everything about this mouse except that the software. On Mac, no software is available but you can still use the mouse (with limited features). Overall it is a very good mouse and my current favorite wireless gaming mouse. I do think the software can be improved and also somehow the Bluetooth on Mac is not good.

I was always convinced that wireless mouses weren’t reliable for gaming. However, I’ve been wanting to replace my logitech g502 for a while because it has random clicking issue. I also wanted to move away from my logitech products because I am realizing HyperX is far superior in quality. I already replaced my headset (cloud 2) and keyboard (alloy elite) and love the durability and design. So I narrowed my search down to just a few different hyperX mouses and decided on this one because of the reviews (plus it was on sale for prime day). It’s been 1.5 months now and I love this mouse. I play video games at least a couple times a week and I’ve only had to charge it once since I first got it. I play mostly FPS and I have never experienced any lag or disconnection issues. The shape and size of the mouse is also perfect, but I’m a girl with small hands so it might not be comfortable for large man hands (my husband didn’t really like the feel). I like that it’s very light, it actually reduces strain and my hands never feel tired even after 3+ hours of non stop gaming.

I've had this mouse for almost 3 years now and I have loved it since! Lightweight and a perfect size for my hand, the buttons click smoothly and I feel like the glide of the mouse in general has improved my gaming experience. The wireless is a plus, I haven't experienced any delay or stutters from the connection. But, my scroll wheel is no longer working properly. It always jumps in the opposite direction of where I'm scrolling and I can't fix it. And its not something you can feel physically, so its not the wheel itself or dirt disturbing it. That's the only downside of this mouse, the scroll wheel mishap will eventually catch up to you.

in order to adjust dpi or turn off the light you'll need to download their stupid broken program that wont even recognize the mouse if it's connected via usb-c or Bluetooth, and even after you make it all work IT WONT LET YOU SAVE THE SETTINGS TO THE MOUSE which means you'll have to suffer every time you booting your pc until thw app kicks in keep in mind that the mouse would sometimes increase the dpi by itself RANDOMLY after you download the app too also this app wont let you turn off your pc EVERY TIME overall feels decent tho, battery life is good

I’ve been using the HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 for about 9 months now, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. All the buttons work fine, and the battery life is amazing. The manufacturer claims it lasts up to 100 hours, and that’s pretty accurate. I use it for about 5 to 8 hours a day, and when I’m not using it, I leave it on, and it lasts the whole week. When it needs charging, just 5 minutes is enough to get it back to full. The software is super easy to use, no complications, and you can tweak everything to your liking. The sensor works great, really precise. I won’t say it’s the best mouse for competitive gaming, since this is my first one with these specs, but it’s been amazing in shooters. If you’re looking for a mouse to improve your performance in shooter games and don’t want to spend a fortune on pricier models, I’d recommend this one without hesitation. What’s good: • Long battery life: Lasts the whole week with just 5 minutes of charging. • Precise sensor: Really good for shooter games. • Easy-to-use software: Customize everything easily. • Great value for money: Perfect if you don’t want to spend too much.

Over the years, I've been using Logitech mice because they were on sale or were used by my friends. All of them, which are the G502 and the G203 have failed on me due to scroll wheel issues. It's been 2ish years since I bought the Hyper Haste 2, and it hasn't given me any issues. My only nitpick is that the glides can wear down if you're using a hard mousepad, but that feels more of the pad's fault then the mouse. If you can find this mouse on sale its quite the steal.

Great mouse! Had some weird connectivity problems with the dongle leading to me needing to use it wired. It’s still pretty great though even if I have to use it in a less preferred format.
