Easy to work with and stretchy
The fabric is thin and easy to work with. I used this for a padding strap on my dog's harness and I used a double layer, it was still easy to sew through, and seems to work well and preventing chafing under his legs.

Not what scuba suits are made from
This is simply Lycra and has no neoprene foam bonded to it. I was expecting a lightweight neoprene on it. This product does not meet my needs now.
