We ate at a very expensive restaurant in NY city. My crab cake was presented in an oval, not as a typical crab cake. Needless to say I was impressed and searched until I found something I could use to copy their presentation. These worked perfectly. I am going to do the same for individual meatloafs.

I bought this set for a special biscuit recipe. I've found other uses, like cutting crust off of sandwiches. Easy peasy. I hand wash and then dry immediately to keep them in good condition.

This cookie cutter shape is quite versatile, with varying sizes, making it a great value for the money!

The metal is fairly thin and has a bend on one edge (to strengthen the metal) While it worked fine for eggs, if you put the bent side down, it is nearly impossible to clean. Definitely for occasional home use, not commercial.
