Good tea, tiny leaves
The tea leaves mix is too tiny, almost like a dust which makes it difficult to consume. Strained it twice and still not a clear tea. The flavour is nice.

Arrived in a squashed box - but direct contact with the seller resolved this almost immediately
Bought this as a gift and it arrived in a soft cardboard sleeve squashed and damaged. No fit state to give as a gift nor can it be returned. A waste of money for something expensive which was supposed to be a nice Xmas treat. Very disappointed.Update - the seller followed this up swiftly and sent a replacement box almost immediately. The tea has been much enjoyed.Amazon need to improve the way this is packaged for despatch.

My favorite tea
I tried all the teas from this brand and I love them all but this one is so far my favorite. Great taste and so rich in flavour! Perfect as a present as well as the packaging is so cute!
