The trampoline is great, it’s easy to set up and the led lights work great. Our whole family can jump on it without worrying it’s going to break. Now with that said, the mist line is more like an irrigation spray so we ended up buying an actual mist kit which works way better. The zip ties kinda suck so I bought a roll of Velcro cable strap which works great and is reusable. Finally, I would refrain from installing the basketball hoop because kids like to grab it while jumping, the pole it attaches to on ours is bent and I can’t seem to find a replacement. Otherwise, I would suggest this trampoline if you’re looking.

I was so upset because at first u thought not everything came with the trampoline. I then received the water spout, the lights and jump socks separately. The assembly definitely took us a few people, but it was best to do it in a shaded side or when the sun was setting. I love how secure it is with the type of net it has. My one year old loves it, and my kids have had a great experience on it so far. The only bad thing was the net came with a small hole, I just decided to sew it up together so the kiddos don't go making it bigger. The hole was the size of a key lime so nothing too outrageous.

We purchased this trampoline for our kids birthday and it has been life changing! They are always wanting to jump on it which is such a great exercise for them. The 16 foot is so big that we as parents can even enjoy the trampoline with them. It is very sturdy and very easy to install. When one of the boxes arrived damaged with missing parts, we contacted customer service and they were on top of it! We received replacement parts very quickly. We highly recommend!

My son has been asking me for a trampoline for a while now. I bought him a trampoline and the first one, got messed up when my husband and father in-law put it together. (I assume during delivering the item some of the materials got bent) So I got in contact with Amazon and they stated, they can’t do anything for me and I had to contact the seller. When I finally reached the seller Dora, she was so kind and helped me right away. I received a replacement. Now my son is jumping everyday after school with the neighborhood kids. One thing I do appreciate about Dora, she provided YouTube videos on how to install the trampoline and it was quick. Thank you so much Dora for putting the smile on my sons face and the rest of our neighbors.

This is a heavy-duty trampoline made for children and adults. I ordered the 16 feet, and it holds 1500 pounds. That is enough so 4 adults and 4 children and play at the same time with no problems. I would recommend this trampoline and give it a top rating ***** FIVE STARS!

trampoline is solid and hoping it will last. Grandkids love it.Despite all, we are missing the LED lights with remote, sprinkler hose system and socks.Had to call Amazon twice to get some type of answer . Last message was " They (who ever they are) will contact you in 48-72 hours. .After all the more expensive item, NOT THING should be missing.Kids really wanted those light and sprinkler for the hot days.

I ordered the 16’ pumpkin trampoline with the bright green pads. The trampoline arrived early. It was in two boxes that were delivered together. The packaging was intact. It contained two inventory sheets and an instruction booklet. I was able to easily check off the contents to ensure that I had received everything. The sprinkler, lights, remote and footwear weren’t in the original two boxes but arrived in a third box, two days later. Every item was wrapped individually. The only damage to the product was simple scarring on the tubes for the legs. Absolutely unavoidable during shipping due to the size. It was a simple at home fix. Assembly was easy. I was able to do it alone until the safety net had to be installed and I was too short to reach the top. My husband gladly took over from there. I chose this trampoline because we have a large family including kids and grandkids. I wanted to be able to play together. This trampoline is a heavy duty, sturdy, massive and quality made platform for both kids and adults. I like the 1500 lb limit with a max of 330 lbs per person. It came with 108 springs. We couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The adults and children are loving it! I highly recommend this product and SKYUP.

The trampoline came in two boxes, no issue there as all those parts were good to go. Trampoline is great.However, the lights, sprinkler hose and the trampoline socks/shoes are missing. No indication they are coming separately...they are just missing. Reached out to the seller and will update my review once I know what the deal is. **update** Seller shipped the missing items I'm a separate box but through canada post. All installed and everything works great. Would definitely recommend.
