I have had the camera for almost 2 weeks and am using it extensively for taking product pictures for websites. Colors are vibrant and true, definition of photos is excellent.Highly recommended.

It is SUPPOSED to give you an options screen to download to the laptop (storage mode), but it didn't do that.. after MANY tries, I finally got that screen so I thought we were OK. Pix were NOT a good quality compared to my old camera. Video is VERY shaky and even on a low setting for "Sharpen", videos have heavy white lines around every object. NOW it has reverted to not giving me the "Storage" option, so my vids and pix cannot be retrieved from the camera. ALSO, the voice volume recording is WAY too high so speech is distorted. No way to adjust this it seems.. I will keep the batteries, the memory card, butvery reluctantly, throw this piece of JUNK into the TRASH!

Turned it on and took a photo and video with factory settings…..terrible quality. Switched the video to 4K and the video quality was better but the focus doesn’t work very well it takes a few second of your time. The photo quality is just not good and you can’t change the quality so your stuck with the crap quality. You need good lighting to get any quality pictures/video to come out. I’m returning mine asap! Don’t recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a decent budget camera. Spend a little extra and get a quality product. This is good for kids but I don’t even think they’d be happy with it either. Only giving 2 starts due to shipping fast and the look of the camera is nice. Very mislead by other reviews of this product.

Wanted to see if the “4K” was real but the quality was very low for pictures and videos. This seems like a good camera to get started maybe for a teenager or someone who doesn’t care for quality but not what I was looking for.

This camera doesn't do well with active shots, I took it on vacation and almost none of the pictures turned out, DISAPPOINTING!

I can't stress enough how horrible the photosthis camera takes are. Blurry and pixelated. I'm used to working with various types of cameras and I can't get this to take anything decent. The earliest cheap digital cameras are better than this. I truly can't comprehend why there are good reviews... I feel misled. I think the only non-blurry shots I got were using the macro lens, but even those were still not crisp. Stick with your phone.

Plastic bottom drawer does not stay closed. Did not find problems in time to return. Very cheaply made.!

I wish I could give this zero stars. I tried to film me and my family and we don't even show up. All you can see is our eyes. I cannot believe how this was not built for people of color. Plus it goes out of focus when you move. I didn't expect a lot from a $129 camera but this is just terrible. I've taken photos to show as well. Note that I am in a well-lit room & it's day time with large widows.
