Wooden Drawer Mele Jewellery Box with Rose Patterned Lid Design

I bought this jewellery box for myself based upon the reviews on here. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised as it's better than I expected. For one thing it's a very decent size and holds lots of different sized jewellery items, and it's much more attractive than I thought it would be. The photo doesn't do it any justice, and it looks good wherever you decide to put it. On the whole, for the price you pay, I think it's excellent value.

Very well made. I had a wardrobe style jewellery box prior to this which was nice, but necklaces and bracelets kept getting tangled despite being hung on the hooks provided. Laid out carefully in the drawers, you can clearly see your jewellery and access it easily. The top layer gives more than enough room to sort out earrings and also store rings in the appropriate section. Very pleased with this purchase. There are no negatives as far as I am concerned.

From previous reviews I had expected more, but this is a basic enough box, attractive and value for the money asked. (£25.99 saving £35!)If it had been the full amount before the stated discount I wouldn't have been impressed. The trays are a bit wobbly as the fit is not very snug and there are no dividers, they are just open trays. Only the top section is divided but this is shown in the photographs of the item. The pictures do not make clear however that the lid is 'adorned' with a supposedly inlaid flower pattern, I would have preferred just the wood effect and the 'felt' lining is a little sparse, but overall I am happy enough.

I purchased a Wooden Drawer Mele Jewellery Box from this supplier some while ago, however it is NOT LIKE THIS PHOTO. I would have so liked to have had this one with the three drop handles. The one I received has 2 round knobs for opening the lower draws. a blank top, for the false looking draw, which in fact is the compartment for other jewellery, i.e. earrings, rings, watches etc. After careful consideration I decided to keep the one sent to me. It is pretty enough, but NOT WHAT I HAD HOPED FOR. So please take note to avoid disappointment.

I was looking to buy good jewellery box for a while. This one is very well made, with attention to detail, beautifully finished and it will most certainly last for a long time. It is however very simple and minimalistic therefore if you are looking for something more decorative look elsewhere. It is well organised with all of these little compartments for smaller jewellery pieces, along with two drawers for larger ones.I am very happy with my purchase and will most likely buy another one as a Christmas gift for my sister.

In general it's a nice box. It's for my daughters 11th birthday.But the following let it down.- The top is actually plain and not like the picture shown!!! Or it's completely missing from the box I received.- It's also been used! The painted handle around the lid handle is slightly worn and a couple of marks just above this. Maybe this is advertised as a seconds? I don't think so but maybe I didn't read it properly.Unfortunately, it's her birthday in two days so I've no option but to keep it at this time, otherwise I'd just send it back for a refund.I would not recommend it based on my purchase experience, or at least sourced from ToolTime UK Ltd, for the reasons stated above. And of course I personally won't purchase from ToolTime UK Ltd again as their QC at the point of delivery seems very poor in respect of the purchase I've made from them.Ok, it might seem like I'm fussy, but these items are normally bought as presents, more than someone going out and buying themselves one, so the quality aspect I feel is very important in the sale.

Beautiful box, but the drawers are a disaster! They are 0.15cm narrower than the slot, and come out awkwardly. I read other similar reviews, but hoped they were one-offs (unfortunately not!).Also, the returns policy is a 7-day money-back guarantee as of date of invoice, which, together with 3-5 working days delivery, can mean you have only 1 day to return it if you're not happy (or if you're lucky - 4 days). And you have to pay postage to and from, which makes it pointless in this case (as the box itself cost me £24).I don't understand why such a pretty product has to be ruined by poor craftsmanship.

Bought this jewellery box for myself as it was exactly what I was looking for with wee compartments for my bits and bobs. Was delighted in every way, excellent quality workmanship and looks better than some I've seen at twice the cost. Delivery was earlier than stated and very well packaged. Would make a beautiful gift. Read some negative views re fit of drawers. RUBBISH! Perfect in every detail
