I took one of these on a month's long road trip where availability of coffee stands was limited and it served my caffeine needs very well. Easy to use, easy to clean, and produces a decent cup of coffee. Regarding the speed at which the water runs through, I cut a bunch of ellipses out of coffee filter material and inserted one into the ellipse-shaped area at the bottom of the filter holder to slow it down. That worked well.

So cool! Easy to transport. Perfect to use on the road with the number two filters. Remember to wash these with soap and hot water to get any residual chemical but otherwise I did the research and it’s really safe to use.

These store very easily & work well. A #2 filter fits close to flush with the rim. A #4 sticks up a bit & allows you to pour a little more stuff inside. The quality of the end product is good. There is very little heat loss. These do NOT come with the filters that are in the picture

All pros, no cons! No plastic, fast brewing (2 holes, not 1), collapses flat. I appreciate that it's a set of 2. We'll use it at home but it's also great for travel. I made 2 cups using #2 filters and could probably use a #3; the cone is big enough. I'm going to use this instead of our fancy electric coffee machine that's all black plastic. This cone is just as convenient. What a relief!
