Solid toolchest with a basic lock. Sturdy too.
First off: It's heavy, and you need to lock the wheels on slopes or it becomes impossible to stop when moving. Getting this thing moving is easy, probably too easy.That said? Good solid tool cabinet that holds enough tools in various forms in five drawers, and it locks with a spare key which is nice if you need that sort of thing.I replaced my previous system of four toolboxes of various make with this and it works quite well.

Functional But Not Fantastic
If you've ever owned a Husky Tool Desk, don't expect that quality with this cheaper knockoff. On the pro side, it's easy to assemble despite the grammar errors in the instructions. It looks nice except for the odd Tuffion logo on the front. The shipping costs are much better than Home Depot's (they wanted $90), and its compact size fits my desk area.The Cons. One of the drawers doesn't smoothly slide and hesitates. The inner drawer liners are made of flimsy paper that creases, not Husky desk quality. It doesn't lock smoothly.

Compact rolling tool box
At 29” tall by 24” wide by 13” deep, this is perfect for my model building work shop and organizing/storing small items. I liked it so much I ordered a second one for small stuff in the garage.Tool box arrived in a heavy duty cardboard carton that contained a complete styrofoam cage that protects this light duty tool box from shipping damage.Includes two keys and four light duty casters including two that swivel. Also included are drawer liners, a top mat and a handle for the side. It took longer to unpack it than it did to assemble it.

Slight inconvenience
For the price it's okay, the drawers don't stay closed, I didn't receive the key for the side locker, the handle bolt threads were in the handle NOT the box.

Not worth the money
This cabinet is not very well made. The one that received had something broken on the bottom drawer which is where the wheels are, and it would not open, I tried to return it but they would not pay for freight to return which was going to be more than the cabinet was worth.

Tips over
How is this thing meant for tools when it tips over easily?!? Not good. Unfortunately, I don't feel like I can return it because that would be a pain in the rear. But I absolutely would otherwise. It might be okay for storing feathers or other light things. Also, the drawers are kind of cheaply made.
