I’ve been using bovine collagen for years and recently picked up this marine collagen on a whim. I do not eat fish or seafood because I can’t stand the smell of it. But I know fish is good for us. During all those years of using bovine collagen, I never noticed much difference. But after one small container of marine collagen, I noticed my nails were stronger and my hair was growing faster. I haven’t noticed much difference with my skin, but our winter air is so dry right now. I’m hoping my skin will improve over time. I picked up this bigger because of the results I had with the small container. Marine collagen is more expensive than bovine, but to me it’s worth the increased cost.I add this to my coffee, along with butter and vanilla sweet drops. There is no fishy taste or fishy scent. I can’t really tell that it’s even in my coffee. Ive already purchased more and will continue to purchase this product.

I use this product because I’m alpha-gal and cannot use beef collagen. The product is great, just didn’t get all that was advertised with the canister. The sample pack (which I was wanting to try) and the memo pad I did not receive as they were not included with the shipment.

I thought I could stir this into my coffee, but it is tough to get down. Better for smoothies or with other strong flavors that can mask it.
