This product seemed great on arrival and did exactly what I needed giving me muti screens on my laptop. It was sometimes stubborn to connect but I put this down to operator error however on.my last trip it refused to connect at all and just powered down saying no signal. I tried it on another laptop to make sure it was the screen and confirmed it was faulty. At 11 months old and only used 4 orb5 times I was disappointed and contacted the seller to arrange a warranty replacement/repair. The response was we are sorry we will refund £20! I followed amazon's guidance and the offer us upto £50. This is for a product over £200 and has only worked 5 or 6 times then failed. Don't trust the seller or amazon's A to Z promise!!!
