These bands are amazing! Definitely worth the buy and are extremely durable.I use these bands for assisted pull-ups. I find that these bands offer me good support as I improve on my upper body strength.At first I was weary of buying these bands because they were the best deal out of the 50 or so I looked at.I was also nervous that they may snap because they looked too good to be true, but actually, they are perfect.So far i’ve used them 4 days straight and they still look brand new.Definitely would buy again, great price, awesome company, fast shipping.

I am really happy with these bands for pull up/CrossFit training . I was first introduced to pull up assist bands at our CrossFit gym. I purchased these to use in our home gym. I prefer the quality of these bands vs the ones at CrossFit. Five stars for not only the quality of material (thick), but also for the thoughtful mesh net which contains them. Overall, excellent product.

Perfect for pull ups

After an ankle injury, I have been going to physical therapy. I love the results after exercising with the PT but the bands they provided for home use are cheap and I was struggling to accomplish the same range of motion I could get from the office. I took a picture of the bands I use from there and found these. This set has more sizes than I need but at the price it was a great deal and family members have been using some of the sizes I haven't needed. I highly recommend this set!

I was looking for something simple to help me do pull ups and push ups. I had shoulder surgery several months ago. I was cleared to return to exercise by my surgeon and physical therapist. But I had a lot of strength loss and flexibility loss. Not only the the repaired muscle, but all the ones around it as well. I used to do a lot of pull-ups and push ups, but found pull-ups now nearly impossible and push ups difficult and painful as well as plank moves. It’s obvious how to use these as pull-up assist. Well, you use it for push-ups the same way. Just attach the band to the bar so that it hangs thigh high. Put your chest in it and do push-ups. Also use to do plank work. The band takes some of the weight off my arms and shoulders. I am now able to do my workouts with simple modifications and have lost twenty pounds that I had put on after surgery. Also have a stability ball from this company that I have put to good use with my home rehabilitation.

Multiple bands which provide a wide range of resistance or assistance. They seem solid. I use them for pull-up work, stretching, adding resistance to lifts, etc. So far they have held up and work wonderfully. They come with a convenient, breathable bag for ease of transport. Looked at and used many others but for the prices this is the best package to accomplish most if not all workouts calling for bands to be used.

Excited to see package arrive quickly and packaged nicely! Only to discover that the bands were COMPLETELY BONDED together. I am a strong person and there was NO way to break these apart. They are totally useless. It seems as though they must have sat in a hot warehouse for a LONG time. Disappointed. Tried to contact manufacturer because they are the size and resistance I was looking for. No one ever got back to me. I am returning for full refund

A great value. Heavy-duty and made to last.You can do a variety of exercises with these bands.Excellent for pull up assistance...But you can work your entire body with these.For exercise info, look for resistance band videos on YouTube.I recommend this product !!

I wish they could be a bit cheaper, but still it's a great value for money paid. You have a whole set from very easy to very hard ones so can use it for all kind of purposes. So far they seem to be durable, haven't torn yet so we'll see how they go.

The bands are fine after a few weeks - can't comment on long term performance.Why all the packaging?? 3 layers of plastic bags ( rubber bands are not that fragile?)Plus Amazon's own wrapping.Promoting health whilst polluting the environment. Poor.

These bands are used by lots of gym members and trainers and get a lot of use. Very durable and worth the price

The elastic bands tied around them are very tight, leaving grooves - almost cuts - in the bands. Seem like they've been folded up for a long time - there are creases where they have been folded which tear the band when stretched. I feel like these are weak points and the bands could rip under strain.Black band is stuck to itself where the elastic band has been around it and rips, damaging the band, when I try to pull it apart.Seem like good resistance bands otherwise - if they weren't folded up and tied so tightly I think they would have been ok. Just don't feel safe using them so am returning.
