MaxFlowSports Cross-Grip Hairband

I bought this headband to keep my hair out of my eyes when playing sports. Overall, this product does a good job but isn't perfect. While the rubber backing does a good job of staying in place on my forehead, I find that it tends to slip upwards around the back of my head. I have very straight and smooth hair so I think this is a result of my top layer of hair sliding along the bottom layer. The headband itself keeps a firm grip on the hair that it is directly touching. I don't think any headband would be able to prevent this slippage without some kind of teeth that dig in a little bit. Overall I am satisfied with the product as it matches the description and does everything I can reasonably expect it to do.On a separate note, the seller is very responsive and provided great customer service when I could not find the package even though the tracking said it was delivered. They promptly sent me a replacement and was attentive in making sure I received it.

It's supposed to be one-size-fits-all. Maybe I just have a big head. Other headbands aren't a problem for me, but this one actually hurts. I've tried wearing it many different ways and I'll continue to try to stretch it out and figure it out.I love the quality of the band and I think the Cross-grip technology is great. However, I can't deny that after a run or workout, it really hurts, leaves a DEEP line, and causes a pulsing, strange feeling. Halo II bands have a similar non-sweat non-slip strip and I don't have an issue with that band.

Efficient and response customer service. While the product is as described and I highly recommend it; my desire to publicly endorse MaxFlow is derived from their interpersonal skills.I had a slight mixup with my order. I emailed them as soon as I identified the error and MaxFlow replied within the hour. Not only was the response punctual, but there was no time wasted in remedying the error.The headband is excellent. The color, quality, description, and functionality are all mention-worthy. During my workouts, I incorporate aerobic and anaerobic activity; I do yoga regularly, too. My headband sustains my hair comfortably without fail.

Might be good for people with smaller heads. I am male and have a normal size head and thick hair, and this band did not stay put, it was just too tight and ended up sliding towards the back of my head and just not working. Maybe it was my hair being too thick (but not overly thick) or just the wrong size band for my head. If you have a smaller head, go ahead and give it a try.

I use this to get my hair up to make swim cap placement a little easier. It does it's job wellPros - Good design. Materials used in making this band is superior.Cons - It needs to be adjustable - that would make it a 5 star item

This is a great product. I use it to hold my hair in place when I play basketball, and also when I go running or ride my bike. The band seems high quality, it doesnt appear that it was stretch out and become loose over time. The band has never slipped from my head.I plan on buying another one in a different color. The customer service was great: they e-mailed me a few times to make sure that I received my shipment and was completely satisfied.

The headband worked fairly well for my daughter but was still prone to slipping during her basketball games.

Just buy the ones at cvs or wherever you get you local toiletries.
