I’m pretty new to motorbike filters but I’m pretty sure this is damaged unbelievable £70 and it came like this not what you’d expect!

Was sooo looking forward to fitting. Spent about 2 hours trying to fit, came to the conclusion that it's just too thick and won't seat properly to seal. Followed instructions to no avail, says to trim for the 2003-2005 and 2006 but still not seating right. Returning product.

Se ajusta bien a una Yamaha r6 del 2005 recortando un trozo del plástico como indican las instrucciones . Recomiendo encarecidamente hacerlo cuando tengáis el depósito prácticamente gastado pues en mi caso estaba lleno y se hace muy pesado sostenerlo . Un truquito si no quieres soltar mangueras es poner un palo o algo que lo sujete en la parte delantera así te facilita el trabajo. Cuidado al atornillar la caja del filtro nuevamente pues se hace costoso que no pille la junta del propio filtro. Por lo demás no noto diferencia del anterior a este ni en prestaciones ni en nada.lo único bueno es que es lavable y vale para siempre siempre y cuando lo laves utilices un aceite para filtros . Dejar claro que la caja me vino con el precinto abierto y se habían quedado las pegatinas. El filtro venia con una bolsa dentro sellada .
