WollNowo Titanium Sauté Pan with Detachable Handle and Lid, 9.5-Inch

Simplemente estoy fascinada con este sartén. Su antiadherente es tan bueno, que no se le pega nada, así como lo leen, nada. Es pesado, así que tengan siempre a la mano un guante de cocinero, porque se calienta muchísimo y sí te quemas feo con sólo un roce. En cuanto a la distribución del calor, tarda un poco en calentarse, pero eso es normal en utensilios como este. Fue una excelente compra y Amazon, como siempre, entregando a tiempo y en buenas condiciones los artículos. Definitivamente quiero otro sartén de estos y uno de la misma marca pero más pequeño.

Good quality and I use it everyday

This is the Rolls Royce of cookware: we bought our first one 10 years ago at a Garden Festival and it was fantastic. After so long (and a bit of misuse probably) we decided we would replace it with the same and, wonder of wonders in this day and age when everything you replace is just a little bit less than it was before, this pan is an exact replica of its former champion pan. I use it it almost daily as a frying pan, saute pan, wok, saucepan and casserole in the oven - a brilliant piece of engineering that all pans should have - straight from hob to oven. It has reduced the number of pans we have in the cupboard by at least half and it is amazingly durable (and forgiving, if you happen to use a steel implement on its diamond hard surface). The original pan came with a glass lid that had a variable vent (which I have kept) but the new one has a small fixed vent: it probably makes no difference but I prefer the option to shut the vent down and increase the slight amount of pressure that raises the heat and stops things drying out so quickly. Minor niggle - it's still the best thing on the market and comes highly recommended from us.

Die Pfanne tut, was sie soll. Die Qualität ist einwandfrei und auch an den Bratergebnissen gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ein kleines Stück Küchenpapier, und die Pfanne ist wieder sauber und bereit für den nächsten Einsatz.

Amazing pan. It is heavy and takes a little time to heat up, but that is good because it maintains an even temperature. Fit/form/finish is good. Tall sides are much better than a standard fry pan for sloppy cooking. Tipping up the handle to pull off and put on is a bit of a nuisance, but is also a a good safety feature like a front bike wheel quick release safety--don't want it to release by accident while full of scalding something. The best part of this pan is that it breaks down to wash up in an expensive stainless steel sink without a metal handle sticking out to damaging anything. The size fit in the dishwasher on the bottom rack. It stores like a bowl without the handle attached. Nonstick exterior makes it easy to keep clean and store behind a glass cabinet door if desired rather than hiding away with the other grotty pans. Would buy again or another similar pan.
