My mistake no calcium was included in thi vitamin. Otherwise very nice taste great ..fills my magnesium and vitamin d3 needs.

What I needed if you are not fab of pills

So far so good as far as working. It takes a couple of weeks for them to start really making an effect on your overall well-being. My wife has been using these and it has really helped. My wife had a vitamin d deficiency, which a lack of vitamin d affects your weight as well as other things. And she has since lost three or four pounds over the last week or so. She also does a fast diet, which allows her to fast for around 16 hours or so, and then she'll eat.
