AVIDET Oneplus 5T Case, Shock-Absorption and Anti-Scratch Hard Back Case Cover for Oneplus 5T (Black)

i DON'T KNOW HOW GOOD IT WORKS AS A PROTECTOR CAUSE i WILL NOT RISK DROPPING IT TO FIND OUT

I was in the market for a case that would allow me to better grip the OnePlus 5T without adding too much thickness.Pros- Not obvious to the naked eye but it has a nice subtle texture to it making it easier to operate the 5T with one hand. Definitely needed considering how slippery the 5T can be.- As indicated by other reviewers, very slim protection without the added bulk- Very easy access to alert slider. That is, you can use your thumb to toggle the alert slider instead of your fingernail.- When I'm out and about and not using it, it lives in my jean pocket where some dust gets attracted to it. If it does, the dust tends to accumulate towards the top (or bottom, depending on how I dropped it in the pocket). With the factory case (and most other cases), the case runs around the entire edge of the front so in order to remove the dust, I have to blow the dust out. With this case, there is no lip along the top and bottom. Therefore, I simply have to wipe off the dust. Not a dealbreaker but it's the small things, y'know.- Comes in four different colors although I went with the understated black versionCons- The raised lip around the front (for the screen) and around the back (for the camera) is really shallow. It's meant to prevent the screen and camera lens from coming into contact with the surface it's laying on. If I had to guess, the lip is only only 1mm deep. Adding a few mm to the depth of the lip would be appreciated.- Not as durable as some of the other cases that look more like armor than a case. If you have tendency to drop your phone, this MAY not be the case for you. I haven't performed any drop tests myself so this is completely unscientific. If I ever drop the phone, I'll try to remember to update this review.I waited about a month for this case to come back into stock so that it could be shipped via Amazon Prime. For me, it was well worth the wait.

I've had this case for for almost a month, I want to say how happy I am with this case. This case is better than the original OnePlus 5T case. This case is a bit harder to put on but that's a good thing, the original 5T case would come off when I would drop the phone and the phone then hits the ground and got scuffed. One time I dropped it and the upper right corner of the case broke and the upper left side corner cracked and made it even easier for the phone to slip out.The back of the case is grippy and easy to hold, it's very snug to put on and take off which again is a very good thing. You're just going to put it on and basically never take it off, unless you clean the phone here and there. But again I'm very happy with this case.

Decent case...HOWEVER, the case does NOT protect the most crucial part of the phone: the screen.**ALERT** There is no lip that prevents the screen from laying directly on a flat table if you lay the phone down screen side down. This won't protect a drop if the phone lands on the screen side. I guess I just bought an $8 cleaning cloth and screen protector that comes with the case.

I've been through a lot of cases and protectors over the years and I purchased this one earlier this year for my OP5t. I'm not one to throw 5 stars at any ol' product either.I really like this case. It's slim, it's durable, and because of its texture, you don't feel like your mobile is going to slip out of your hands accidentally during everyday use like with smoother cases.The case can be a tiny bit tricky to install and remove; it's a tight fit. It sometimes feels like it barely clears the power button or notification toggle switch, but installing or removing this case for routine device cleanings hasn't damaged it one bit.In short, if you have a 5t and are looking for a durable case, this one gets the job done. It's sleek, easy to hold, and more importantly, it protected my mobile from two drops that I can remember.Worth every cent!

At first I was skeptical about this product. Most of smart phone cases are cheaply made and there is no premium feeling to it. However, when I bought this case for my one plus 5t just to get gripier feeling to my phone, I was wow-ed about the case. I really like the slim-ness of the case and at the same time it is sleek looking with very great texture on the back. The only reason that I purchase for this product is because of oneplus 5t case is very slippery and I paid 20 bucks for it. I wish I purchased this instead of oneplus case. But Fantastic Job on making this case AIWEIERDI. Keep up!

I have used Graphite case for a year before this one and it's a terrible accessory from OnePlus when it comes to durability. However, this case is very durable and the texture is quite grippy too. However, the phone feels a bit bulky in one hand with the case and as pointed out by some other reviewers, the phone hurts the finger supporting the phone at the bottom a little. But mostly the case is good at what it does despite these minor complaints. Also the stand accompanying the case is quite handy and portable and does it's job reasonably well.

This is a $2 case sold for $10. The texture in the pics makes it look like it has grip, it does NOT. The case is made of hard plastic and slides right out of my hand. I put it on my headboard, got in bed, and that thing slid off like it was on a slip-n-slide. There is no top or bottom to the case, it only covers the back and sides. Due to the hard plastic that it is made out of, it is a fingerprint magnet as well, even on the textured side that tricks you into thinking it is for grip. The only purpose this case serves is for style, however they only had black so it isn't very stylish either.
