Q: Where can I get instructions to install?

Not sure what anyone would need directions for. Simply place them on. Takes about 15seconds per pedal to install. I can make a video instructions for 9.99$. Hope this helps.. 🤙✌️🤙✌️

Q: Does it fit a 2013 keep wrangler jk?

NO! I have a 2012 JK, and they do NOT fit as advertised. I assume the same is true for a 2013. Sorry! But at least you didn't waste your money like I did. Glad I could help!

I believe it will fit a 2019 JEEP JL. It fits my 2022 JL perfect. I just had to take off the rubber cover off the brake pedal.

Yes, it a bad picture. They’re royal blue or I guess you could say Dodger’s blue
