I bought 4 of these for the office in April.2 are working and 2 not. 1 Broke after 2 months of use (no sound), and the other one we got out of the box yesterday and not charging at all.So you have a 50% chance of it working when you get it.Test them immediately as there is a very short return/exchange window.Good Luck if you get one of these. re rating i would have given this 0 stars if it were possible.

The earpiece has become faulty
It worked for one week but stopped functioning after I charged it for the second time. It doesn't seem to hold a charge and doesn't turn on even after being charged.
