I wanted some light behind my monitors, but I didn't want light to effect the view of the monitors. This provides some good light up and down the wall making the area lighter but without the direct light in the eyes if you look at it. It didn't take much effort to install, and has a switch built into the cord. I have it plugged into a switched receptacle and it works great with that method as well. It also looks nice.

Okay so I just put these up and so far, WOW! I absolutely love them. They are just the right amount of brightness, and warm the room. Easy to install, even hooked them up to my Alexa so I can turn them on and off through voice commands. So far, 10/10!

Very easy to wire, or modify wiring if you know how to solder, shrink wrap etc. I have the longest version above my dining room table, it provides a very nice warm light (between candle color and warm led) and it’s the perfect brightness to light up one side of a room without glaring in your peripheral vision. Mounting was a breeze, but the wire it comes with is a bit short. I had to extend it by several feet, but the wire matches a cheap extension cord I got from Walmart so it looks factory except the splice. The whole thing gets a little warm during use but does not get hot to the touch. TheAC/DC converter inside was not stuck down on arrival and the housing fell apart too easily, but I snapped it back together and it’s been fine since.

This product would have received a better if the mounting method and included mounting hardware weren't laughably bad. The instructions do not state what size to drill for the wall anchors. Additionally, every wall anchor that I used bent with one hammer strike. I was able to get the unit on the wall, but honestly, it isn't nearly as secure as I would like, however considering I bent EVERY wall anchor they included, it will have to do. The mounting instructions are simple to understand, but the method they chose to mount this was a poor choice. you have to remove the brackets from the light itself, screw them into the wall and then reattach the light. It sounds easy, but the attachment points for the light are on the top and bottom. I don't know if you have every tried to screw something in facing upwards with one hand, while attempting to hold the light steady with the other, but I can assure you, it's not a very easy thing to do. Clips would have done wonders here. Just have the light clip into the brackets, it's not that complicated of a design. Additionally, considering the pictures I've seen, most people have installed this device relatively high up on the wall. If you don't have a short (4-5 inch) screw driver, good luck getting those top screws in without the ceiling interfering! Other complains would really just be how small the power cable is. Again. Most people (from what I could see) are mounting these devices high on their walls. This means you're likely going to need an extension cable to go along with this. Pros are simply that the device is as described. A 39 inch light bar, with a relatively warm color.

This is a great item! Easy to install and gives off the exact kind of light I had hoped for. Will buy again for other rooms!

Exactly what I was hoping for! I had a slim space in my gym/office and needed some Mood lighting to enhance the vibe. The indirect light is perfect and surprisingly, also works on the dimmer switch!
