Todd English's Rustic Pizza: Handmade Artisan Pies from Your Own Kitchen

I liked Todd's approach to pizza, his directions are very clear. Todd also gives directions and recipes for different components, ie different tomato sauces or roasted eggplant. When it came to coming up with new combinations for toppings, it is safe to say that he wasn't thinking out of the box, there was no box! I liked his white clam pizza, then tried his chicken chili pizza that was great too. He did a great job for really neat combinations for toppings. His dough recipes worked very well too. Will I still once in a while go back to my hot Italian sausage and pepper pizza, yes, but I will be trying more of his combinations.The photographs were excellent, I am very happy with the purchase.

This is my 76 th pizza book and it’s very hard to rate. It’s not my kind of book ,even though other people might like it. It is filled with dozens of recipes for toppings and very little about the science of making a good pizza.

My first experience with this book was from the library. Recipes looked so good I had to own it. And then I had to buy it as a gift. Highly, highly recommend this!

My husband is the main cook and carried this book around when he brought it home from the library. He needed his own copy and he has made a number of the recipes. We are both happy with the outcome!

Has lots of pictures and recipes to make great pizzas. Have enjoyed using the book.

I'll need to use the book/recipes more but thus far maybe my in-laws & out-laws will have fun during the summer. Keeping it LIGHT eating!!!

I loved it all and like the different takes on pizza...I ordered several books because we just had a pizza oven built..so I am loving these recipes...

Good book if you are a fan of Todd English and his restaurants.
