1/3 a cup is a good foot soak .
For my tired feet. Anymore salt and it stings alot. Start out with warm water and a third of a cup of sea salt add a bit at a time Till you get the right consintration. It is pretty expensive. The one cup really does sting at that concentration. I think the company just wants to make more money.and nothing else.It is a waste the amount the company tells you to use.
