Perfect for anyone who has a cat that really feels the cold. Since buying this bed I can't get my two 15-year old Siamese out of it! The bed isn't rigid but this is better for my two as they like to use the furry sides as a pillow. The bottom is quite thin but I've put a blanket underneath, so it isn't a major problem. Pretty good value for money considering heated mats on their own sell for about the same price.

Put the igloo inside the kennel located in the garden. They cuddle up together inside on chilly nights so it’s serving its purpose so far. Happy with the item.

My Siamese was feeling the cold at night but I wear hesitant as he has never wanted to get into an igloo before, he has been in this heated igloo from the first day it arrived 24/7 it was money well spent and he no longer wakes us up at night because he is cold,I would give this six stars!!!

Got this for my chi x because the house gets really cold during the day and i was worried during winter. It is perfect, she lives in it! doesnt get too hot, doesnt use a lot of lecci and great for her. Also is washable

Bought this to put inside an outside kennel for a stray cat that has been hanging around for over a year. Only took a day for him to get inside and now he loves it. I can sleep knowing he is nice and cosy now. I would let him live indoors but doesn't like my dogs

This is a very unhygienic design. When the inner surface gets wet or soiled ( dirty cat feet ) the heat pad must be unzipped and removed and the whole thing washed. Drying would take ages also very flimsy build.I estimate the basket would need to be washed every two weeks, particularly in the winter; when it would be used the most. I don't think it would last very long.It would be better if maybe the wattage was higher and had an inner liner, padded preferably, which could be removed for cleaning. Or maybe a padded mat with the heater fitted inside.Was hoping this would make our cat very happy, but don't think its the product we have been looking for.Have returned for a refund.

Given to keep a pair of foreign blues warm in a draughty house. So far only one cat at a time can use it. The colour is too obtrusive- the recipient would have preferred a more neutral colour.

Loved the colour but very disappointed with product. When opened I realised it was not a robust cat bed but made of thin material padded only on the sides supported upright due to a tie running along the top. The bottom is not padded at all, feels really uncomfortable with thin material over the plastic pad. When turned on, it got too warm and didnt appear to turn itself off. The cats have lain in it with the heater pad turned off only to get very sweaty underneath because of the plastic pad so close to their bodies. Not impressed especially considering the price paid.
