I 100% credit this purchase with helping my puppy to settle and sleep overnight in his crate alone. I was mocked for buying this and told my dog would chew it ir a waste of money - absolutely not and worth every penny and more! I truly believe that he believes its another dog e.g. his mum. He slept soundly with the heartbeat and warmth, cuddled into it. He's loved his crate ever since and goes to bed with ease. Annoying that the heat pads are expensive, I advise buying an extra pack but then phasing them out. Keep the heartbeat though and replace the batteries. My 3 month old puppy is sooo protective of this dog.....has never chewed it except playfully..... and treats it differently to anything else - it's very weird but amazing!

Great product for a puppy! Lovel and soft. Very comforting with the heartbeat. We haven't used the heatpad as we don't want him to over heat. But would definitely recommend. He loves to play with it!

I purchased the snuggle puppy for my toy poodle. He is a little anxious, and always plays with it before going to sleep. This toy, was to replace his previous snuggle puppy that was looking a little worse the wear, after almost 2 and a half years use. I particularly like that it is very well made, and the Velcro fastening cannot be opened easily by my pet. ( it has quite a strong hold which makes it safe for keeping the heat pad and battery in the pouch within the toy).The Snuggle puppy also washes up well in the washing machine. Slightly on the pricey side, but well worth it for a cuddly toy that is long lasting and calms your pets anxiety

My puppy was scared of the teddy at first but soon warmed to it, it didn't calm him down but he did like to play with it. Unfortunately it only lasted a week before he ripped a hole it in and had the stuffing coming out. Not worth the price if your puppy is likely to just use it as a toy.

AMAZING! We bought this to help settle our new 8 week old puppy and assist with her crate training. Wow! It’s worked brilliantly, she loves it and I totally think it has been instrumental in settling her to sleep. My only gripe is the Velcro is coming away slightly at the pocket where the heart goes, but don’t let that put you off.

Sadly after only 3 months the heart beat element has broken despite new Duracell batteries. This is an expensive soother and there doesn’t appear anyway of contacting manufacturer for a replacement. I’m loathed to purchase a new heart for £16!

Don’t usually write reviews.Worked a treat for Luna ‘s first night.When sleepy switched on heartbeat & inserted the heatpack & she sat beside it and cocked her ears listening to it.She nibbled ears then started licking it , as would have done with the puppy litter. She took to it within minutes.We placed her when drowsy along with the snuggle pup into her new crate & she cuddled in slept for 2 hours.Also been dragging it in & out of crate herself. She loves it.Can feel vibration & hear heartbeat.Stays on for 8 hours. On day 3 and still going.Heat pack stayed warm for 24 hours.That worked well tooThought heatpack missing, but packed at bottom of box.Was sceptical it would work ,but delighted it did & we place it in with her every nap time. Don’t switch on heartbeat during day now , keep it for night when quiet.Would assume would work for most puppy’s on their first night home.Cheaper ones there but heartbeat only stays on for 20 mins.Deffo recommend.
