Will not work like they said.
I have a generation four helix, nine down imaging. I wanted side imaging and this was what they said I had to have. They neglected to say that it will not work with my head unit because it is a down imaging. I purchased in March and was in the process of changing boats so I waited to put on my new boat and it will not work. Paid more than MSRP for Cracked Device It works
The product arrived in genuine Humminbird packaging. This is my 2nd transducer of the exact model. I paid more than Humminbird's MSRP because I couldn't use my 1 year old Helix 7 without it. I was dissappointed to see the obvious blemish and cracks. I took my boat out and the transducer seemed to work fine.Update 40 boat hours later. It's working great. I'm leaving the star rating as I feel receiving a repaired cracked unit as being new is unacceptable. But very pleased with the Sonar results.

Solved my problem.
I needed this transducer because my new solix would not read the bottom depth when the boat was moving at 10 MPH. This transducer and a Y cable solved the problem.
