Fiddly to wire up but so is any other light fixture. One globe broke after installation, I messaged the seller who sent a new globe at no cost first class post definitely recommend this seller

Total waste of money, looks cheap znd every bulb I try will not dim.

Great fitting. We wanted something that was flush to the ceiling but didn't look too office or kitchen-like. This is perfect.

Really like the fitting

Very pleased with the look and function of this light fitting. The 5 bulbs throw light all around without dazzle and without much shadow. Fitting is fairly straightforward apart from the difficulty of screwing up tiny screws while working above your head. The shades feel quite flimsy and need careful handling, I put a small amount of WD40 on the threads to make them easier to screw on and off again. I bought the fitting without bulbs and ordered 5W LEDs separately, which although they tend to be physically bigger still fitted inside the shades OK. That saves 175 watts per hour and is brighter too. Hopefuly won't need to change them for many years.

Arrived with a couple of the frosted glass sleeves (that cover the bulbs) damaged. They are quite fragile so it must be expected occasionally. The seller sent replacement sleeves out quickly with no quibbles.Once fitted, the fitting looks nice That's it really. Except... use LED bulbs so you will very rarely have to change them as, like I said, the sleeves are fragile, and you won't have to touch them for years then.

I bought this unit as a replacement for a similar, earlier model. Two of the halogen bulbs had exploded shattering the shades and showering glass down on us. I noticed that other shades were also fractured and 2 others had cracks in the glass. I have changed the lamps for LEDs which are much cooler and I have also not screwed the shades all the way into the cups enabling a better flow of air through the shade. It looks good in the dining room where we have two.
