Bandolino Women's Mirabella Fabric Dress Pump, Black, 6 M US

I ordered these due to hurting my knee last minute and needing lower heels prior to a cruise. I just received them and 1 shoe is a 6 (correct) and the other a size 9 (ummm both my feet are 6)I didn't get the help I expected in getting another pair sent to the hotel we are flying out to prior to the cruise so I gave up. Actually the first two C/S reps I emailed with were completely unhelpful, the 3rd was very kind but still I have no black dressy shoes. The shoes are prettyand the slingback on the one that WAS my size seemed a bit loose but it would have worked. VERY DISAPPOINTED....
