All the balloons were popped and poor quality .

I ordered it last minute and was hoping it would save the day but it was terrible I had to go out at 11pm to find something similar at pharmacies…. All the balloons were popped and the love sign didn t wanna keep the air in , and there was nothing to use to blow air it’s false advertising, I definitely would like my money back …
