Is this lamp certified to improve vitamin D deficiency?

Is that the real device in those pictures or an artist rendition? It looks photoshopped in and there is no visible cord.

That's Exactly how it looks. There is a cord that comes from the bottom but you can still stand it up because there is a notch there that the court fix and on the bottom of the light.
