I've been searching for a solution to manage my mood swings during premenopause and menopause. While moringa helped with hot flashes, I still struggled with my moods. After just two days of taking Double Wood's Reishi mushroom extract, I noticed a significant improvement. I highly recommend trying this product before you consider seeing an attorney about divorce! If I forget to take it, I can feel my mood plummet, to the point where I can barely tolerate myself, let alone anyone else. But once I take it, I feel back to my usual self much more balanced and stable. Highly recommended no noticeable side affects yet. It is a pill, put it in your mouth, take a big drink, and swallow then no taste. I have never tasted it. With this 2 capsules being 1000 mg it does the trick. Magic in a pill is what my husband calls it.
