Small & very light but if you sit on it on wet grass you get a wet bum .. so not the best

Thoughtful design, strong material, well made and fits in such a small pack. Even has pockets at rack corner for putting stones or something in if it’s windy and needs holding down. A great product.

Used this on the beach today. Was as waterproof as a Kleenex. Handy picnic blanket if you’re certain the ground will by dry - but if you live in the UK that’s something you’ll never be sure of.

It is a piece of plastic folded in a tiny bag. I found the product descriptions were a misleading. It is more useful as a picnic table top to place food and throw away once that is ready. This is not a beach blanket.

On the plus side: It's very light and it folds into a tiny bag. It might be just the job for backpackers. On the negative side: It's very, very thin. Get those rocks ready to pin this down the moment it hits the sand. Any more than a gentle breeze and you'll be fishing it out of the sea or from under your neighbour's sun bed! Perhaps my expectations were a little off on this one...

I am impressed with the material because of how sturdy it is. It is also extremely compact as you can fit the whole thing into a small pouch which was great for traveling. This was great to have with me on my January visit to Barcelona! I imagine I will be using this a whole lot more in the UK as spring is coming and the summer will also be rolling around very soon!
