So happy to have this simple product in our vehicles in case of emergency. Use is intuitive but of course difficult to asses until needed!

I have been lucky to not to have to use it, but it gives a piece of mind knowing it can literally save your life in a bad situation.

The plastic little bag was open in the amazon box and the Resqme Blue Tool and 1 rubber band were missing. Some accessories like the keyring and 1 rubber band were loose in the box with other items that I bought at the same order. I have the accessories but not the tool.Manufacturer could not help me. Manufacturer wrote to me that is not able to send me a replacement due to the fact that I am an international client. They wrote to me that I have to follow up with Amazon in order to receive a replacement from your end.After asking help from Amazon, I was inform that they were not able to send me the missing part and I have to send the accessories back and Amazon will resend me the whole pack again. Really disappointed. My negative feedback is not for the tool but for the whole procedure. Amazon make a mistake with a missing tool and I have to leave from my work to go to the post office and send the accessories back, instead of just sending me the missing tool. I cannot leave from my work, so I paid for a tool but I do not have it.

Excellent tool: this is the original invention and I think for a safety tool it's worth spending the money to get the one that's patented and engineered properly.
