Ordered this for my grandson and several components fractured however the customer service was fantastic. New parts were dispatched and the chair is good as new. Otherwise good quality chair. I think we were just unlucky with the bad one off the production line.

This chair has to be the worst quality I have ever seen, the arm's are cheap plastic and bend very easily , the armrests are so flimsy and feel like they are coming away from the arm itself, the quality of the pu leather is so bad you can see the vibration motors coming the cheap leather , there is very little padding in the seat cushion and is so uncomfortable, the foot rest is another issue it is very cheap quality which I would want to put too much weight on, as the metal tubes that hold the foot rest look like the going to bend and possibly snap in half , the lighting seems to work OK but the cabling is pretty short meaning you can't move the chair much without pulling the cables out of plug, The castors are so bad the chair dosent move on a thicker carpet, as for the head rest and back support they are squashed so badly due to lack of filling that they don't even do the job they are meant to do, Overall I have had this chair less than a week and it's no longer fit for the purpose, and the returns procedure is just as bad and takes over a week or longer to get a refund, I would never buy from this company again because the quality of the chair is so cheap I have such a painful back from sitting on this chair.

So first I would like to say I do enjoy the chair but I feel there are some let downs as well.Pros:Easy to set upGreat colourCool lightsLeg restCons:The seat part of the chair is small, especially around the thighs. I'm a medium size individual ( wears size medium uk clothing) and around 5 foot 7, so you can feel the chair pushing in on your thighs. So if your border set person I would not suggest this chair as I can imagine it being uncomfortable after a while.Delivery: my product was supposed to arrive on the Saturday but arrived on Monday, which was frustrating as I work from home. Aside from late delivery the box arrived pretty much destroyed and the chair was covered in dust, it did make me question if this was second hand or had been in storage for a long period.The massage feature is more of a vibration, I have a massage chair that you attached on top of your desk chair that actually pushes into the muscle, where as this desk chair just vibrations in a few areas, so I was disappointed as I was hoping to replicate the same affect without having to constantly attached my massage cover.Wires: There is a lot of wires and it can be a bit frustrating cable managing these or preventing your chair rolling over them, so when they are not in use I put them away.Overall, the chair is nice and is comfy and besides the cons for the price it is reasonable.I would suggest that a larger size seat option was available, as I would happily exchange this chair for a larger option if it was possible.But asides that it's a nice chair as a decent price and does the job.

The media could not be loaded. This was for my daughter for xmas, was easy to put together, despite other reviews it's actually quite comfortable and feels good quality. The massager is really good with adjustable intensity and settings for different areas. It's quite heavy which makes it more stable. My daughter loves it

The chair is okay. It's a chair, functionally it works as one however the cushion is thin and the seat narrow, it advertised itself as suitable for 180kg I weigh 140kg and it has broken on me twice. The first time the company was nice enough to send me some replacement parts (hydraulic switch, lift piston and wheels) however the second time the company refused due to the chairs purchasing being 13/14months old. This I guess can be understood however when I buy a piece of furniture for over £100 I don't expect to need to replace it within 2/4 years. I would have hoped the chair lasted at least another 12 months, it's current state is unusable.When it was working I had to use a cushion to pad the bottom and the 'massage' functions were just vibrating pillows, nice but a vibe is not what I'd call a massage.I'd end this by saying, if your of average weight and reasonable slenderness, the chair is great, if you are purchasing it due to it's advertised weight capacity, your on the larger side or you like the massaging idea, keep on looking, this isn't the one.3/5 - product isn't great but customer service was great.

What a great chair. Yes, the cables can be messy but there’s a pocket on the back of the chair to hold everything. I bought a good quality power bank which powers both the lights and the massage features. My son loves it and his friends are very jealous.

Even one star is too good for this. I didn't even get as far as sitting on it, as it was impossible to put together. As basic as this: the arms of the chair are supposed to be attached to the main body of the chair via 3 bolts. Try as I might, it was impossible to line up the bolts with the corresponding bolt holes on the main body of the chair. They simply didn't align. As well as that, the allen key that came with it, supposedly to help you put it together, was ergonomically extremely uncomfortable. In the end I just had to give up, put it back in its box and return it. NEVER AGAIN!

Fantastic chair for either gaming or general usage. The lighting has many colours whether static or probe variations. Controls are easy to use in light or massage settings. You will need two usb plugs to operate lights & massage.Chair is provided with an Allen key to assemble, I used a cordless driver with attachments for ease of use as bolts are on the long side.Only downside is the amount of cables trailing & could possibly get trapped under the wheels.Really comfortable & sturdy.
