Good value for the money and they were wide enough to cope with my funny shaped feet. The only negative side is that the soles do seem very thin and I can feel the ground through them. They probably need some kind of insole for comfort but the ones I tried, were too deep and that made the shoes uncomfortable. I will try something else.EDIT: Having worn these shoes for a few weeks - very light wear and not that often, I can now revise my review. These shoes become very uncomfortable very quickly. The soles are not only so thin that I could feel the ground, they are also wearing down very quickly. Spend a bit more, these are disappointing.

I broke my foot some years ago and it is not as flexible as it was, so I need a shoe where I don't have to struggle to get it on. It is also half a size bigger then the other, which can be an issue. But these shoes are perfect, they open right out and close firmly enough so the smaller foot isn't sliding around in a shoe that feels too big. Really pleased to not have painful feet when out walking.

After reading all the reviews I swithered about whether to get a size up or stick to my normal size 5. In the end I went for a size up, and in fact I shouldn't have as my normal size would have been fine. Although they're not uncomfortable and my feet don't slide about inside them, the smaller size would have been better as there's still plenty of room at the toe. I have a bunion and the width is fine. They're comfortable to wear and not heavy or clunky. The thickness of the sole is just right, but everyone walks differently so what works for me may not work for others. Shoes normally last me for years so here's hoping these ones do!

Bought these for my disabled sister.always bought her shoes from deichmann, but they have stopped doing them.These looked similar.. Didn't even bother trying them on...looked small and when held up to her usual shoes,were at least a size small, despite ordering her usual size.cost a fiver to post back,so won't be bothering again,as not even sure the next size up would be big enough.

I purchased these for my job as I am on my feet all day. They fit really well the extra width is great for me. The only thing that would make these a little better would be a memory foam insole as after seven hours in these shoes my feet start to ache, but I am going to purchase some and see if that helps. Thank you

Brilluant! I have hyper mobility syndrome badly so wear a custom made 'boat' inside my shoes to hold each foot together. Buying shoes is tricky. These are so good I'm just waiting for a second pair to be delivered.......Thank you.

These shoes looked perfect but had to send back as they were far to wide for me if you sold them in a standard width I would order a pair straight away as they are a good quality shoe just such a shame they were far to wide a fit for myself So can only give four stars.

I’m on my feet all day at work and these shoes are perfect .... I have dishapened feet which make them wide as a result and these shoes are very comfortable and hide my horrible Bunyan’s ....I’m very pleased and in my experience they’re good value for money too.... I’m the worlds worst when it comes to shoe shopping and was concerned about purchasing online but these are just perfect for me
