I recently purchased the 2PCS Heel Protectors by RooRuns, and I am very impressed with the results. As someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis and cracked heels, I have tried a lot of different products to alleviate the pain and discomfort, but these heel cushions have been the best by far.The silicone material is thick and comfortable, providing a cushioned layer between my heels and my shoes. I especially appreciate the adjustable heel cups, which allow me to position the cushion exactly where I need it for the most support. The gel padding is also great for preventing blisters and reducing pressure on the Achilles tendon.The heel protectors have made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort and have helped to reduce the pain in my feet. I wear them all day, every day, and they have held up very well so far. The pack of two is also a great value, and I appreciate having a spare set to use when needed.Overall, I highly recommend the 2PCS Heel Protectors by RooRuns for anyone who suffers from plantar fasciitis, cracked heels, or other foot conditions that cause discomfort. They are comfortable, durable, and effective at reducing pain and pressure in the heel area.

The product works well to cushion my heel but the Velcro strap is so short that it only just makes contact. I have normal size 11 feet. Also would be smarter to have the soft side of Velcro on the strap, to avoid the harsh side damaging my socks/skin, especially as most of it doesn’t reach the other side Designed for small people

Unfortunately not very good fit, so did not give any comfort. Not very thick under the heel where pain relief was needed.

These are very simple...a heel shaped insert for you to slip your heel into and fasten the Velcro fastening on the strap that crosses your instep. It's a one size fits all and there is plenty of crossover room for those with more a pronounced instep. They don't look amazingly attractive but then nothing will...and if you have pain in your heels you won't want to suffer. You can put them either under or over socks or tights but they are a little bulky. That said, socks did go over (which meant if you are taking off boots/shoes in someone's home, no one is any the wiser that you are wearing them). I found that they pushed my foot forward slightly in my boot which meant that my toes were touching the front of my boot, so you would probably be more comfy with a shoe one size larger when wearing them. All that said, I began wearing them just as I began getting a pain in my heel and two days of wearing them and it's gone. I wasn't expecting this as I once had Plantar Fasciitis (after walking for hours and hours around Florence!!) and the only thing that made it go were steroid injections!! I'm impressed with the comfort of these and would reccommend them even for just walking around the house to avoid undue pressure on your heels.

These are painful to wear and did not help keep my heels from rubbing in my rubber boots. I would like to return them.

These really helped my bruised heels, heal up. I like that they are reusable and washable too.
