Octaphilosophy: The Eight Elements of Restaurant André

Love the book, what a chef, what a fascinating take on food. But sadly the way the book was packaged and delivered was poor, damaged around the edges at multiple different points, very upsetting for a cookbook that is meant to be presented like a coffee table book and enjoyed by many.

One of my favourite books, this book change my mind. Very happy to bought it.
