Will this remove crayon from the wall?

It will do everything that the "Magic Eraser" national brand will do. Yes it is effective at removing crayon, as long as your paint is washable. If you have a cheaper flat paint it will remove the crayon and the paint. Highly recommend testing on an area of your paint first that no one will see like an area behind a couch or corner no one sees well. These sponges will remove permanent marker, grime, dirt, mold, mildew, algae, permanent marker, pen, pencil, and yes crayons.

Can I use it on my aquarium?

I wouldnt use them in the tank. Not sure what's in them and you wouldn't want to lose all you fish
