My hands thank you
I have small but cubby hands. I mean short fingers, but my wedding ring isn't coming off without a lot of soap. ANYWAY... I burn my hands on the oven often. Not occasionally but often. I use pot holders, but the slip, or the back of my hand hits the top of the oven. And my over shelves have a handle like layout which is great, but then again its the back of my hands get burned. Last burn I told my husband "I'm Getting OVEN MITTS." I hadn't bought any because... small hands. All the mitts I've had in the past ended up in the Goodwill bag.I don't know what made me look up oven GLOVES not mitts, and voila - women's sized gloves. And they said they were stretchy. Maybe they'd fit my chubby little hands. THEY DO!!! While they are still a little long in the fingers, it's not so much that I can't pick things up. AND... the backs are heat proof too. WHOOPIE.So tonight, I forgot the pizza stone was in the oven when I heated it to 450. So I had to pick up something not only very hot, but quite heavy. It's a large pizza stone. I shooed my husband away, put on my brand new gloves, picked up the pizza stone, and carefully put it to the side, moving slowly and carefully. REPORT #1: By the time I put the stone down, I could feel warmth, not heat, not anything at all uncomfortable, in fact if it were winter I would have said it was yummy. But hot? Nope. No where near hot.Later I took out the large sheet pan and, per usual I hit my hand against the top of the oven door opening, the spot I burn every other month (at least) and REPORT #2 - didn't feel a thing. I mean I felt that I bumped into the top of the oven, but there was no heat. I purposely held on to the sheet pan longer than necessary, but ... no heat at all.I love these gloves. And they are cute enough that I'll actually leave them out so I will remember to use them. And my husband thanks you - he was really getting tired of running to get a bowl of cold water for me to soak my hand in.

Great Gloves
These are great for oven or stove handling hot items wished they were a little longer in the sleeves since I get burn a lot in oven when taking out hot dishes.

Good Quality
These seemed to be good quality but were too big for me so I returned them.
