A: This is a Bathroom fitting and would not consider it suitable for an exterior door. One would use a lock type not a bathroom fitting.

**Q: do you do this lock as a latch only lock i.e. with no keyhole cutout**
A: just ordered the lever lock design to replace an external lock which had weathered over time. it came via Amazon from Tool Stop UK. Try http://amazon.co.uk/toolstopuk I am sure they have the full range available.
