Great light
Saved mg life due to working all day and coming home to darkness at 5 pm. Worth every penny. Had to order a small ring bubble. They have different sizes (forgot how much this cost) and then I purchased a regular tripodโฆ wasnโt sure if it was going to fit but luckily it did and holds up well โฆ. Love that you can adjust warmth. Great light for hopefully years to come

Very Useful and Versatile, Pretty Much Unbeaten for the Price
Love this thing! Being able to change color temperature while keeping that bright 200W is SO useful, especially on set when trying to replicate mixed lighting from various sources. I also own the Amaran 100X, and I can tell a noticeable difference with this light in terms of brightness (200W vs 100W) as well as color accuracy. Would absolutely recommend to intermediate filmmakers and YouTubers who want some quality light to make their video content stand out.

Accurate and Powerful!
This Amaran 200X S light is the upgraded version of the original 200X, with an improvement to the Yoke (sturdier, more metal), and improvements to the internal fan, making it quieter than the first version. It's the same size and looks the same as the mark1 version, but this "S" version has the improved CCT making it even closer to the Aputure line. This light fits perfectly in line with my 3 other Aputure lights on the Sidus link app. Just makes everything seamless. For color temperatures, on my cheap light meter, the CCT were reading within 100 degrees of the temp on the light, which is more accurate than most of my other 'non-Aputure' LED COB lights.

Professional light housed in a toy body
Quality light is amazing. They should have doesnโt a little more expense on the credit plastic housing. Specifically to handle for locking the tilt is something that needs to be cranked hard when you have a soft box on it. Mine broke the third day of use, which is just not acceptable.

It broke after five months of use.
It broke after five months of use. The power supply is broken. Customer service was nowhere to be found via email and was completely ignored. Bought in May and only used it for five months.
