It's just like bedtime around here with our little ones. Between the complaints of it's too hot or requests for a drink; it seems like they will never settle down and go to sleep. The difference? These siblings are robots or brobots! A cute read for early readers. Each page has just a few words with lots of awesome drawn graphics. Review: Okay, but not Great - It’s been a long day and it’s time for the brobots to enter sleep mode. So Beep, Crash, and Buzz are sent to bed. But Beep gets the “flick-ups” (hiccups) and can’t sleep. There is one reason after another that he can’t sleep: too scared, can’t sleep with the light on, too hot to sleep in a tent, etc. Finally, Beep is asleep but will Crash and Buzz be able to sleep? Cons: This book just didn’t click with me. The story was okay, but the illustrations were nearly impossible to see and since the text was only speech bubbles, at times that was hard to “compute.” Could have been a fun story, especially for robot-loving-boys. Pros: I liked the title and the story isn’t bad if the illustrations don’t bother the reader.
