The small is more like a medium, much larger than I need. Other than that these are a well made product.

These are basically sturdy plastic pants, meant to go over either disposable or reusable garments. They fit well and rarely leak and they have helped a lot of my friends who have incontinence due to neurological problems. I don't think I would ever get any other brand. Unless there is a disaster, I recommend hand washing with a detergent containing a peroxide-based bleach in warm water. If they are stained, let them sit a while, like 30 minutes, before thorough rinsing and hanging them up to dry.

Worst waterproof pants I have every have used wanted a new one so ordered this brand and type and it leaks badly around the legs and has small micro holes in the material because it leaked where it shoulder leak in the middle of the pants.Bad product don’t buy you will not be able to return it at all I have wasted money buying this...

Mom no longer buts extra pairs of underwear over her diaper. These work well over an adult diaper during the day. Does not make that plastic crinkling noise so it is rather discreet. The coverup looks big when you take it out of the package, but that is just to provide room for the material it will hold. The legs and waist fit well so there is no seepage ... so far.
