Unusual colour selection with the inclusion of red ochre and quinacridone pinks. Colours are strong and layer well. Test card is a good guide to opacity. Decent brushes.

I’d like to tell you how these paints are but I’m yet to use them. Like all Chinese products it’s come wrapped in heaps of plastic. Each paint cube is tightly wrapped in static plastic which is impossible to get off. I’ve resorted to using a craft knife to unwrap them. It’s taken 30 minutes to get through half of the paints. Cheap nasty product.

Just received and opened this little paint set. I can't speak to the quality of the paints as I haven't used them yet, and honestly I'm a beginner so I may not be a good judge. BUT - my set doesn't seem to match the descriptions of any of the reviews I've seen. People said the paint pods were glued in? Mine are loose and individually shrink-wrapped in plastic! It took me quite a bit of time to set this up to get ready to paint. I had to pry each pod out, one at a time so I didn't make mistakes about where to put them back. Then had to cut off the wrapper, getting paint all over my fingers, and put it back in the palette. Also there are two extra paints, which is very nice, but I have no idea what colors they are - they are not listed on the swatch card! I'm sure I will enjoy using the set now that I've got it prepared, but it wasn't something you could just unbox and get to work with!P.S. - pay attention - there was a $10 coupon I could have used when purchasing but I didn't notice it when I was placing my order (maybe it wasn't there a couple of days ago?). Annoying...

Wow! This is an excellent palette. This kit provides all the colors I need. I initially purchased the kit for when I do nature journaling on the go. However, this palette of colors has become my favorite and it is now my everyday palette. The palette provides Quinacridone Rose & Quinacridone pink. These 2 pigments are especially helpful because it is impossible to mix non-muddy pinks as a beginner. In addition the colors move and mix beautifully.
