EGO POWER+ Premium Twist Line String Trimmers - AL2470B

Absolutely awesome line for my ego 17" line iq powerload with a 1420 carbon fiber head. The line iq was letting out the orange ego line too fast it seemed...i was able to get 15 rolls with this...highly recommend it as it is very durable and the ego line iq laser works better with this green/black than the orange for some reason...could be this is just a tougher line than the orange or orange/green combo line...also, make sure to store these indoor...they will get brittle if u store them in the garage where they are exposed to temperature extremes..especially in Texas where garages get to be the temperature of the surface of the sun.

This EGO Power+ AL2470B premium twist trimmer line is a solid upgrade from standard string line—definitely worth it if you do a lot of yard work. The twisted design really does make a difference. It cuts cleaner and seems to last longer without constantly breaking or fraying. I noticed I didn’t have to stop nearly as often to reload, which saves a lot of time. The 0.095" thickness is perfect for tougher grass and weeds, and it handles edging along fences and sidewalks really well. It’s also compatible with EGO trimmers, so it fits and feeds smoothly without any issues. You get a generous amount on the spool (around 230 ft), so it lasts a long time even with regular use. It feels durable and more “heavy-duty” compared to cheaper lines I’ve tried. Overall, this is a reliable, high-quality trimmer line that performs exactly how you want—clean cuts, less breakage, and longer life. Definitely a great choice if you want something that holds up and gets the job done efficiently.

I purchased this trimmer line for my RYOBI. I found it of good quality, but it seemed to wear down a bit quicker than other brands I’ve previously used. The line fit well into my spool and seemed to load to capacity easy with no issues. I liked the housing the line was packaged in, and the built in cutter was a nice touch. I’d likely buy this line again.

Super durable and easy to add when I run out of string. Would definitely recommend if you have ego string trimmer. Fits super easy and cuts really well if you have a sharp blade. Lasts a long time especially if you have to auto feed. Would recommend!
