The staples themselves are name brand and high quality. The problem is - AS OTHERS HAVE STATED - the way Amazon packages and ships. The box of staples was simply put in a larger box and sent on its way. As the box of staples bounced around in its larger container during shipping it came open, spilling the staples and breaking many of the strips. I initiated a return as soon as I opened the box as I didn't want to load small numbers of staples instead of complete strips.

staples are excellent, I would rate the stapes a 5, but the shipping left much to be desired, the boxes they were placed in were slightly to large, large enough for the boxes of staples to move around, should have had more tape on the staple boxes, which all opened up and spilled staples inside the shipping box. Price was better than local, but when you figure out how many staples were unusable, not worth the savings.

They look good, but we couldn't use them because the gun wouldn't load them.
