Review: Did not work and NO returns on desertcart - UPDATE:::: Moonbrew has great customer service. I contacted them and they were willing to refund me my product but as soon as they found out I purchased it from desertcart, they said they were not able to help me. They were truly kind. I purchased this through desertcart because I have not had confidence in using my cc in purchases on FB. desertcart is secure and has always taken care of my purchases..ANYWAYS don't purchase on desertcart as you will not get a refund if you don't like the product. My mistake because I didn't read the small print on desertcart. I assumed since the manufacturer promises a refund then so would desertcart. Read the fine print and don't buy on desertcart buy from MOONBREW. I had high hopes for this product as the ingredients have potential to help with sleep. I was excited because it doesn't contain Melatonin. Unfortunately after the first recommended dose I did not feel anything so after an hour and half I decided to take another dose and half. A total of 4 hours went by and I was wide awake. I am in the process of trying to return the product but desertcart says this is a non returnable item. I will keep digging to find out how to get a refund. I hope it works for others.

UPDATE:::: Moonbrew has great customer service. I contacted them and they were willing to refund me my product but as soon as they found out I purchased it from Amazon, they said they were not able to help me. They were truly kind. I purchased this through AMAZON because I have not had confidence in using my cc in purchases on FB. I’ve been using this for about a year now and it has made such a difference in the quality of my sleep. The mix is easy to use and you can serve it hot or cold, however you please. It mixes better hot, but if you have a shaker, you can really get it to mix well cold. The flavor is ok, not super flavorful, but acceptable and hides any after taste. There is about a month’s worth in a package. It tends to be a little expensive but it’s effective, so pay your money and take your choice on that.
