TIDL Heat Therapy Roll-On Pain Reliever, Menthol Lidocaine+, 3 fl oz

It helps my back and hip pain ive tried all kinds of pain relief products and that's what works for me.

Was introduced to the tidl spray from a associate, purchased the product i was very impressed. I totally forgot about Tidl product until my daughter asked me if had it at home cause her foot was in pain. I introduce to to tidl spray for her Foot two years ago lol, i couldn't remember the name to save my life so I searched for pain relief spray and found the product and scroll down and saw the roll on. Just as affective as the spray with the same result. The spray run out quick and the fumes,you need ventilation And the roll on tub there's a knob to turn on & off. I highly recommend the roll on and the price is right.

I love this product! Much more effective than plain lidocaine. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the new packaging. Took the top off, the ball was in the off position, and liquid poured out. Luckily, it landed in my hand, so it wasn't wasted but it was much more than I intended to use. I'd have been mad if it had been wasted! Never had the occur with the multi-balled opening.

It works great on sore muscles. You need to wash hands if you use, can burn eyes.

Well, with high hopes, I ordered this to help alleviate my neck pain. It bears noting this is a very bad pain which extends up over my scalp and jaw. I tried the TIDL which only provided minor “tingling” and barely any warmth at all. That feeling lasted less than an hour. Will not be reordering nor recommending this to anyone.

One has to turn the "roll on" applicator OFF after you are done applying product. There are no directions telling one to do this, and the product drains out of the tube into the cap when stored in what appears to be the "upright position." The microscopic lettering on the black part of the tube makes it impossible to use properly. Very poorly designed, and not well executed. It would be better off with the standard screw on cap. The ONLY saving grace is the efficacy of the product.

9/16/2023 UPDATE to original review: I was contacted by TIDL after leaving the product/seller review below. They were very concerned and apologetic for the disappointment I felt and offered me a free replacement. Apparently the defective roller ball applicator has been corrected. TIDL went way above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer beyond just sending me a free replacement tube and, yes, the applicator problem DOES appear to be fixed. I would recommend that anyone who felt the pain relief from the actual product was significant or even marginal but gave this a low rating because of the leaky applicator try this product again as TIFL showed tremendous positive customer service, corrected a much stated problem and showed that they DO read reviews. **************************************************************** I purchased this for 2 reasons - one to try the actual pain relieving properties and two because of the roller ball applicator. A few years ago, Ben Gay came out with this type of applicator but they apparently stopped offering it so I was very excited to see another one. I gave the pain relief a 3 out of 5 because I DID receive some minor relief for a few hours for the tendonitis I have in the "bulb" area of both thumbs & in both elbows. However, I wouldn't recommend it for any significant pain caused by cervical or lumbar disc problems, stenosis, etc. because it doesn't have the penetration properties for that type of deep pain. But that leaky, messy applicator causes the product to be virtually unusable and makes purchasing this again a hard no from me.
