Arrived in good time but it didn't work for me stall. I wouldn't buy it again just another one of those hyped up media things. Overpriced I'm very disappointed. Just water and going to the gym is is the only thing that works for me. Don't waste your money. Try using natural things that u may have in your cupboard already lemon lime juice with water etc . Don't buy this.

It’s difficult to evaluate this supplement as although it felt like it helped me initially I can not tell unequivocally if it has any real major impact
