The first time I tried Liquid I.V. was on a friend’s recommendation after we spent a day at a winery in the sun. Just drinking water is not enough after that: you’ve gotta replenish electrolytes. For me, the perfect ratio is one packet mixed into 1 liter of water. It tastes great and feels genuinely hydrating without being overpowering. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is my favorite flavor! I have never noticed any stomach discomfort. I do have a sensitive stomach but I only feel better and more hydrated drinking these. Price-wise, it was the same ordering from Amazon as from the Liquid I.V. website. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that really helps with hydration. not just flavored water. I love Liquid IV and the strawberry lemonade is delicious! I usually make it in a 16oz of water then fill the rest of the 24oz insulated tumbler with ice. Great for staying hydrated when you're spending the day in a theme park. Super easy to rip open the package.

I’m always dehydrated and often forget to drink fluids throughout the day. While not the recommended way to use the product, I’ve been able to take the profit like a BC powder and get instant results. Again - nor recommending, but offering what worked for me. Pros: Value is decent for what the product is used for, dissolves easily, good taste and no aftertaste, instant increase in energy. Cons: it does have more sugar than desired, but not super seeet

I got this for my husband and myself (using my dads account)! My husband works outside as he’s in the construction business! He already drinks a lot of water but noticed he was still getting headaches and feeling sluggish a lot from work due to being out in the sun all day long. I kind of forced/begged him to take this durning the day at work, as I was still concerned about a heat stroke in this weather. Glad I did because he told me he could immediately feel the difference when he takes these. He said it made him feel a lot better at work and even gave one to his dad at work to try. He did say the flavor wasn’t all that great but didn’t care as it worked. Bought the lemonade flavor but didn’t taste like it at all. However, it didn’t taste nasty either, just didn’t taste amazing. Regardless, I’m glad to say after having these for the last two months that it works and you won’t regret buying them! Highly recommend!
